Easy access to Bali.

Nice resort to start or to end your Bali visit, we had a late flight arriving and used the to start our vacation. Typical western hotel resort with all You need to stay 2-3 days comfortable.

The ground of the pool needs renovation, a lot sharp edges and missing tiles.

An enjoyable stay and staff very friendly and helpful. However, as a 5* hotel, there should definitely be some improveme

The property was very family friendly and there was lots going on at the hotel which made it very fun. The staff were really kind and helpful.

We had booked a king bed. Upon arrival, we were told we had a twin bed despite paying more for the king. After proving we did pay for a king, it then took nearly 2 hours to prepare the room and we didn’t get to check in until 5pm. We were given an afternoon tea for the inconvenience however, this shouldn’t happen at a 5* hotel. As check in is already 3pm, we felt we missed out on part of the day. The kids pool slide and play area is very old and looks like it’s falling apart. The buggy service from Jimbaran beach stopped at 6:10am meaning you had to miss the sunset or stay and pay for a taxi back to the hotel.

Great hotel for family with a short access to Jimbaran Beach.

The property looks luxurious, the junior site room is roomy. The pool was great.

There are rooms ( not ours ) that are facing the shopping street. At night they might be noisy because of the music events.

Strongly recommend!

We moved to movenpick just for one night before our flight. Also asked for late check out on next day, because flight at night time, normally it charges about 50% of room price but we was lucky and kind guy on reception did it for us for free. It was big pleasure to stay here. Amazing view from our room, very big pool, friendly stuff and various breakfast. Ofcourse we would like to stay here more but our trip on Bali was completed. Even though I strongly recommend this properties for all people who plan their holidays in jimbaran. Location here is great, only 5 min walk to beach line. Welcome!

Big minus that we spent here only one night no prob, hope will see on our next trip to Bali

Spa was great, the pools were great

The breakfast altho many options， wasn't anything delicious. Service was a bit slow with drinks. Sometimes waiting almost 20mins for coffee to arrive and meal is almost finished.

Another memorable Jimbaran stay

Kids always love our stay here! all the facilities are there, even the mall next to the hotel makes the stay more convenient.

It was our second stay in the property, compare to last year stay we noticed some obvious wear and tear, some obvious one is the bathroom. The cleanliness can be improve.

From our spacious and tastefully decorated junior suite to the vast swimming pool area that is both adult and child friendly; there is so much to like about this hotel. Staff are generally friendly and ready to meet your every wish. Complimentary beach bags and flip flops in your room and complimentary mini bar and daily afternoon high tea are nice touch. The hotel offers a kids only NYE event alongside the adult’s NYE Event making things highly convenient for parents.

Breakfast room can often feel crowded and chaotic ( especially after 9am). A more frequent shuttle to the beach would be helpful.

Very nice hotel but the buffet is not the best for Germans.

- the gym is great - just perfect for kids (pool with playground, kids-club and cinema) - nice room

The buffet had a lot of choices but the daily breakfast needs aren't there (no chocolate-cream or Nutella, no milk for the coffee, no sausage)

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like 4. Was not worth the money and won’t be back.

The location was good.

The food was at the level of a 3 star hotel, no flavour plus the didn’t accommodate much for vegetarians and vegans. We had to eat outside the hotel every day. Massage was the worst I’ve had, the ones off the street were much better and cheaper.

It was worth it overall. I really appreciated the hospitality.

Staff attitude was great!

Did not like that water was not offered in the restaurant during ice cream hour. I think basic water should be given without a charge since the people are resort residents. If the water bottles can be sent to the room then why not given every where else on the resort.

Small room and quite dusty.

Small room and quite dusty. I found it disappointing that they charge for gazebo usage near pool. What’s the point of paying to stay, never heard of such thing at other hotels.

Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was a lovely resort with everything you need. The staff were friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable. Close proximity to the beach and good options nearby for eating (Samasta square).

The worst thing is trying to get a poolside chair, guests get up early and put their towels on them to ‘reserve them’ and there simply isn’t enough to go around. Hotel staff should monitor or more chairs need to be provided.

Very Good

Room was large and very clean, the hotel was in a good position to get around Jimbaran and there was plenty for teenagers to do. The pool was a good size also. Breakfast was great

The complex was a little "packed in". Lots of guests for the size of the property. It was almost impossible to find a pool chair on a sunny day. Great for families with young kids, plenty of pool activities and play areas. Not so great for noice factor if you don't have young kids.

Breakfast was excellent the only disadvantage about the location was that the hotel is far from malls or shops for easy access. It was not easy to just walk around

Upon first sight this property was beautiful.

Premium room with the inclusions that we were unaware of until we checked in were a great surprise. The pool area was beautiful. The room layout was spacious. Easy access to beach restaurant.
